Beautiful and delicate in looks and taste, these exquisite tea leaves are hand picked during the early morning in springtime with jasmine blossoms picked not long after. Each tray of tea is held in between a tray of jasmine. The tea master then works his magic, determining when the jasmine has perfectly infused the leaves. Instead of the tradition rolled jasmine pearl, the same tea leaves are gently twisted not rolled, to presents it's silver tips. Blue Butterfly Pea Flowers are delicately folded into the tea. Butterfly Pea Flowers contain a power antioxidant to make this tea pack a healthy punch. Yet, when infused, you will notice a beautiful subtle blue color from the pea flowers, along with a delicate flavor of the jasmine starlight. May be infused 2 or more times. From the Yunnan Provence. One of the most beautiful jasmine teas I've ever enjoyed. Limited availability.
