Beautiful and delicate in looks and taste, these exquisite tea leaves are hand picked during the early morning in springtime with jasmine blossoms picked not long after. Each tray of tea is held in between a tray of jasmine. The tea master then works his magic, determining when the jasmine has perfectly infused the leaves. Instead of the tradition rolled jasmine pearl, the same tea leaves are gently twisted not rolled, to presents it's silver tips. Jasmine Starlight may be infused 2 or more times. From the Yunnan Provence. One of the most beautiful jasmine teas I've ever enjoyed. Limited availability.
