Yerba Mate, a wild holly shrub is native to Argentina, Brazil & Paraguay. It was used by indigenous people as food, beverage, medicine,  hospitality and currency.  Loaded with antioxidants, Yerba Mate also contains matteine, a stimulant similar to caffeine but milder on the body, creating an energizing effect. This Yerba Mate’ comes directly from fourth generation farmers who harvest their native forest in Southern Brazil.

Sylvia’s Mate’ Suave (smooth fruity mate’) is a pleasant blend of Yerba Mate’, apricots, apples, hibiscus, rose hips and orange peel.  A surprise treat!
